Ordering
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via our website www.craft4less.com.au.  If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us via phone (during office hours) or email, and our staff will be do their best to assist you.

Availability
All goods listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Freight & Handling
We deliver Australia wide within 10 working days for a flat fee of $6.95.  Large orders or bulky items may attract additional postage and the customer will be advised of this before order is charged and sent.

Backorders
Out of stock goods will not be automatically backordered. If you wish to have unavailable stock backordered, please phone or fax our office with this information.

Damaged Goods
Any request for faulty stock should be made to Craft 4 Less within 10 days of receipt of goods.  No claim will be accepted after that.

Short or Incorrect Deliveries
Any request for short or incorrect deliveries should be made to Craft 4 Less within 10 days of receipt of goods.  No claim will be accepted after that.

Title of Goods
Please note that all goods supplied by Craft 4 Less are and will remain the property of Craft 4 Less until such time as all sums owing to them by the customer are paid in full. The commercial risk in the goods passes to the customer on receipt of goods by the customer at their nominated address.

Returns
All goods are sold on a firm sale only. Before any return for damaged or incorrect stock can be accepted, arrangements must be made with our office for a Credit Authorisation number. No credit will be issued without prior authorisation. Return of goods for credit must be made within 14 days of receipt and will incur a 10% handling fee, except where an error has been made by Craft 4 Less. Return freight will be the responsibility of the customer, and onus of proof of return remains with the customer. Craft 4 Less will nominate an authorised carrier if returns are being charged to Craft 4 Less. Returned goods will only be accepted in original condition and packaging.

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars.  International shipping costs will be advised after order is placed.
